We’re a growing technology services company with 3 distinct brands (sites like excelhouse.co, excelhelp.com and eswcompany.com) in Little Silver, NJ (Monmouth County) looking for an energetic Marketing Manager to join our team. This is your chance to make a real impact, dive into creative projects, and help us take our marketing to the next level.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
• Become a Marketing Mastermind: You’ll wear many hats, coordinating and executing all our marketing activities – from social media campaigns to email blasts and beyond.
• Lead Generation Guru: Get ready to spring into action! You’ll be responsible for working with a few vendors, launching and managing outbound marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
• Partnership Connecter: You’ll reach out to great local companies that will want to partner with our on-site learning program.
• Marketing Mastermind’s Sidekick: Work hand-in-hand with our Marketing Executive, providing support across various marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 5+ years of B2B & B2C marketing experience (agency or in-house)
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is a creative problem-solver with a knack for storytelling
• Is a data-driven marketer who loves to measure results
• Is a team player with a positive and energetic attitude
• Bonus points if you: Have experience with marketing automation tools, graphic design software, and SEO best practices.
